Getting to your Prince Edward Island hotel
Prince Edward Island is such a small island there are only 100 taxis for the whole island. Besides that, we hate waiting in rental car line-ups at the airport, so we always suggest booking a ride with Turo whenever possible. Turo is a car sharing app where you can book a car from a community of hosts around Canada, U.S.A., the U.K. and Australia.
Unlike traditional car rentals, with Turo you can select the vehicle make and model that is best for your needs. There is a huge selection of unique cars from Toyota’s to Tesla’s, and as new hosts join the options continue to grow. You can also choose whether you want to pick up the car or have it dropped off. We had our host drop the car off at the airport so once we had our baggage we were able to hit the road!
